This year for Culture Night ,I had the absolute pleasure of collaborating with the dynamic Think Speak Do team. Drafted in as their play consultant, together we co-ordinated this rather ambitious play event courtesy of Cork City Council.  When it comes to play and imagination , it really doesn’t take much. Some nice natural materials, opportunity to get messy and permission to play. Doors opened from 4 and closed at 9 and people of all ages played and had fun. It’s true what George Bernard Shaw said ” we don’t stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing.  Here’s a small selection of photos to give you a taste of the event.
